I really do adore this necklace, very beautiful.
I would pair it with the Hazy Ruffle Belted Dress (http://www.shopruche.com/hazy-ruffle-belted-dress-p-1342.html), which I may or may not keep the belt on (I do not own this dress, so I cannot say for sure). There is such a huge blank canvas of space near the top of the dress, that a statement piece such as this would be gorgeous. As far as shoes go, I would do a peep toe pump (similar to this: http://www.shopruche.com/pink-studio-hanna-peep-toe-espadrille-p-626.html), even though that is an espadrille.
