It's so hard to choose because I really like every single look in the look-book but in the end the "Pattern Developer" it is. It's such a lady-like look outfit. I love the contrast of colors and textures playing with each other and not against one another. The clothes look comfortable and as if they have movement. The other reason this look won me over is because it's layered and allows for flexibility throughout the day.

How gorgeus looks!!!!! but, if i have to choose, my favourite one is.. nr 43!
Why is that? Obviously because it is SO feminine - sensual and sensitive both.. I regret the wool isn't a bag which looks like 3 cute blue roses (I thought so before zooming it)!
Love it ALL:):):):):)

I have two equal favorites, and I can't choose between: one is the associate editor, and the other is the media manager. When I think about 'favorites' I tend to think not only for styling but also for realistic workability into my lifestyle and daily needs (I want fashion that is as functional as it is beautiful--and beautifully made). I am a PhD student in creative writing & literature who also teaches undergrad classes (so I need to look like I have authority and style in front of my undergrads just as much as I need to feel comfortable spending many hours straight reading, researching, and writing papers and poems...), and I am also a "gal about town" whose walk between apartment and campus LITERALLY has me moving through my town's downtown area--and past all of the great Columbia, MO "hot spots" where I would have reason to get all dolled up and look cute.

BOTH of these looks suit me and would look beautiful on me, as they are styled, and they would also get EXTRA mileage by being mixed-and-matched! Both would suit all of my needs--as someone who teaches, studies, and likes to look nicely put-together (in a way that conveys my quirky, thoughtful, individual personality) when she is out and about town with friends and with a hot date (or two...smile...). It might be a big risk to put the patterned skirt of the media manager outfit with the patterned blouse of the associate editor outfit, but with enough confidence an that great purple jacket (and the right handbag and pair of shoes), I can pull it off in a heartbeat.

I love these outfits. So so much.

BOY! Is this a hard one! To pick a favorite look? Too cruel. Although I love how each and every look in "The Industry" portrays a professional woman with style, class and a solid work ethic, If pushed to choose one I must go with the "Associate Editor." Of course there's nothing sexier than a woman with a natural femininity and an androgynous streak, but this look also combines the deepest of fall colors with the freshest perks, like the cinnamon brooch. The trouser pants full of swinging swag with the lady-like peep-toe heels peeking out from underneath, combined with the perfect, small print collared shirt, layered underneath a rich purple blazer with mustard cuffs and to top it all off, an ivory colored cocktail ring. This look is layered and interesting without being the least bit overdone. It's effortless, professional, put-together and sexy all at once. But like I said, picking just one look is just too hard!!

I love the Event Planner look - it's classic and feminine and the yellow belt adds a delightful and unexpected touch. I'm also partial to this look because I'm an event planner myself and this is definitely something I would wear during one of my events!

I'm not sure where to find the name of the look, but I love the burgundy lace top with the rosy ruffled skirt and the blue suede pumps. This look is soft and elegant, yet still very playful and sexy.

I'm in love with the Sketch Illustrator look, and not just because I'm an aspiring illustrator. The colors are rich and elegant, and the gathers and ruffles on the skirt are beautiful.
