It's so hard to choose because I really like every single look in the look-book but in the end the "Pattern Developer" it is. It's such a lady-like look outfit. I love the contrast of colors and textures playing with each other and not against one another. The clothes look comfortable and as if they have movement. The other reason this look won me over is because it's layered and allows for flexibility throughout the day.
Senior Buyer, by far, is my favourite! I love the coral and greys together!

So excited for this giveaway. I just went through the look book yesterday and have been lusting hard core. I don't think there is a look I don't love. My favorite though is the Product Manager outfit because it just beautiful and perfect for fall.

How gorgeus looks!!!!! but, if i have to choose, my favourite one is.. nr 43!
Why is that? Obviously because it is SO feminine - sensual and sensitive both.. I regret the wool isn't a bag which looks like 3 cute blue roses (I thought so before zooming it)!
Love it ALL:):):):):)

I have two equal favorites, and I can't choose between: one is the associate editor, and the other is the media manager. When I think about 'favorites' I tend to think not only for styling but also for realistic workability into my lifestyle and daily needs (I want fashion that is as functional as it is beautiful--and beautifully made). I am a PhD student in creative writing & literature who also teaches undergrad classes (so I need to look like I have authority and style in front of my undergrads just as much as I need to feel comfortable spending many hours straight reading, researching, and writing papers and poems...), and I am also a "gal about town" whose walk between apartment and campus LITERALLY has me moving through my town's downtown area--and past all of the great Columbia, MO "hot spots" where I would have reason to get all dolled up and look cute.
BOTH of these looks suit me and would look beautiful on me, as they are styled, and they would also get EXTRA mileage by being mixed-and-matched! Both would suit all of my needs--as someone who teaches, studies, and likes to look nicely put-together (in a way that conveys my quirky, thoughtful, individual personality) when she is out and about town with friends and with a hot date (or two...smile...). It might be a big risk to put the patterned skirt of the media manager outfit with the patterned blouse of the associate editor outfit, but with enough confidence an that great purple jacket (and the right handbag and pair of shoes), I can pull it off in a heartbeat.
I love these outfits. So so much.
I love the Associate Editor look! The jacket is so lovely and I think all of the pieces would be great with other outfits!
The sketch illustrator look is so soft, romantic and feminine!
BlondeFYI@gmail.com
I love the neapolitan sweater paired with the skinny belt. Would wear this with some skinny jeans. It is so warm and cozy- perfect for fall!

The Media Manager and the Associate Editor are my favorites! I LOVE ruche!
The visual consultant look is my favorite because I love how a sweater can make a simple neutral dress look more pulled together. The Media manager is a close second with that aqua blouse.
I adore the Event Planner look. Love the longer length skirt paired with the mustard belt and basic white shirt. I'd wear all of that outfit as is, and mixed with other pieces in my closet - endless possibilities with those staple pieces.
twitter: @agauth79
I love the 'media manager' and 'project manager' - specifically the bow tie tops - so cute!

I love product manager (gotta have those pants!!) and sales analyst (so cute!!)
email: safrod325@aim.com
The Event Planner ensemble completely won me over with its amazing color palette: a dusty blue pleated skirt with a mustard yellow belt? Couldn't put it in my shopping bag fast enough. (And kudos to your set designer for that intense, mustard yellow wall; what a perfect backdrop).
I absolutely adore all of Ruche's lovingly crafted lookbooks but The Industry is the first one where I could really see myself buying and regularly wearing each and every one of the beautiful, practical pieces. Superbly done.
Keep being gorgeous, Ruche!
@somewheresong
I love the outfit on pages 22-23. Very soft. Very pretty. Perfect for the law office.
I absolutely love the web designer look...along with all the pieces! :) -Lo
@littlelohood
I love the Product Manager look. The colors are all about Fall, especially with those burgundy corduroy pants. Definitely something I would wear to my own work. And those t-strap heels are absolutely to die for. Will be ordering those soon.

ooooh that's so hard to pick just one!! I really like the Sales Executive I think! It's just totally something I would wear anywhere!!! Love them all though! xoxo-- Crystal
crystalbella77 at gmail dot com
I absolutely love the creative director. It meshes old fashioned (the blouse) with the vibrant color of the skirt. A great new take on fall colors. It is nice to have something more inventive than red, yellow, orange, and brown...but that doesn't make the colors any less fall! they are still perfect.
I forgot to leave my email:
samantha.nicole.gutierrez@gmail.com
I love the pattern developer so much that i bought the top as soon as i saw it! It's stunning! feminine and floaty and love the skirt and cardi it's styled with too!

My favorite look would have to be "Set Designer". The pieces are structured and professional, with the rich colors working beautifully together to make the outfit stand out. Reminds me of the changing colors of leaves on trees...The perfect style for fall!
marap93@comcast.net
I am enamored with Pattern Development! The texture, the colors, that SKIRT!!! There really isn't a look that I don't love.
melissa_ruble at hotmail dot com
Love all the looks, but as a romantic the Creative Director spoke most to me. The white lace of the crochet blouse brings to mind snowflakes, and the pretty flower earrings are like a keepsake of summer. Perfect for the inbetween-ness of fall!
The "Event Planner" is my favourite. Because of the colours! his Yellow belt combined with the skirt! Lenght of the skirt! And classic white blouse! Absolutely perfect!
And the clock! Perfect!

I love the Associate Editor look.
mrs.marcus2 at yahoo dot com
BOY! Is this a hard one! To pick a favorite look? Too cruel. Although I love how each and every look in "The Industry" portrays a professional woman with style, class and a solid work ethic, If pushed to choose one I must go with the "Associate Editor." Of course there's nothing sexier than a woman with a natural femininity and an androgynous streak, but this look also combines the deepest of fall colors with the freshest perks, like the cinnamon brooch. The trouser pants full of swinging swag with the lady-like peep-toe heels peeking out from underneath, combined with the perfect, small print collared shirt, layered underneath a rich purple blazer with mustard cuffs and to top it all off, an ivory colored cocktail ring. This look is layered and interesting without being the least bit overdone. It's effortless, professional, put-together and sexy all at once. But like I said, picking just one look is just too hard!!
