Hey Ruche family! Today I'll be showing you how to make cute felt bows.
Materials:
- Felt
- thread
- needle
- scissors
Instructions:
Step 1: cut squares that are about 4x4 inches

Step 2: cut thin small rectangles (this will be the middle of the bow) set aside for later

Step 3: get the square and with your needle *and a LONG piece of thread* make a stitch through the middle

Step 5: now grabbing the two ends pull them together as tight as you can to create the cute folds for the bow

Step 6: using the thin rectangle you cut at the beginning wrap it around the bow and hold it tight with your finger to begin stitching together

Step 7: stitch the ends of the rectangle tight, double knot it and cut the remainder of the thread.

Step 8: I completely ran out of alligator clips but what I usually do is run a bobby pin or alligator clip through the bow and that's it. You can also hot glue the bow onto a stretchy headband which you can purchase for cheap at walmart. Here is what the final result looks like...

Enjoy!
